Partner with us to support a new project
CLTN connects housing advocates and builders from all sectors of the community to help deliver on new projects. If your agency or organization is looking for a means to develop new housing, CLTN can help connect you to land, resources and developers and help support the project through to completion and sustainable operation.

CLTN is open to opportunities to acquire either land for new housing projects, or already existing properties in need of new and innovative solutions, towards the goal of sustainable affordability. Through our partnerships with like-minded entities, we can acquire property that will guarantee affordable housing in perpetuity.

New affordable housing cannot be built without help from dedicated construction workers, planners and developers. CLTN can help you as a developer build contacts with supporting agencies and access funding and support to help bring new housing projects to life.
